Warehouse – the warehouse is located in ul. Azotowa 21, 41-503 Chorzów, Poland, where customer orders are completed as well as returns and complaints are handled.

The Complaints Department handles complaints, declarations of withdrawal from the contract and declarations of return of the product during the withdrawal period. Shipments should be addressed to ul. Azotowa 21, 41-503 Chorzów, Poland. Please submit all complaints, statements of withdrawal from the contract or returns in writing to the above address or by e-mail to info@growatt.tech. Telephone contact with the Complaints Department is possible at: +48 660 200 406.

Growatt.tech online shop – an online shop operated by PVGroup.pl, including all functionalities, available under the Internet domain www.growatt.tech.

Basket – a functionality of the Growatt.tech online shop that displays the products selected by the Customer for purchase, as well as setting and modifying the order details, in particular: the number of products, delivery address, invoice details, delivery method.

Product page – a page on the Growatt.tech Online Shop that presents information about a product.

1 General provisions

These Rules set out the rules for the use of the Growatt.tech Online Shop for placing orders for products available on the Growatt.tech Online Shop, delivery of ordered products to the Customer, payment by the Customer of the sale price of the products, the Customer’s rights to withdraw from the contract, and the rules for the submission and processing of complaints.

In order to use the Growatt.tech Online Shop, including browsing the Growatt.tech Online Shop range and placing orders for products, the following are required:

  1. a) a computer or other electronic device with access to the Internet and a web browser such as Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer, Opera, Safari;

(b) an active electronic mail (e-mail) account.

  1. The Customer shall be entitled and obliged to use the Growatt.tech Online Shop in accordance with its intended purpose.
  2. The Customer is obliged to refrain from any activity that could affect the proper functioning of the Growatt.tech Online Shop, including, in particular, any interference with the content of the Growatt.tech Online Shop or its technical elements, including the provision of unlawful content. It is forbidden to use the Growatt.tech Online Shop for purposes other than its intended use, including, in particular, sending spam, conducting any commercial, advertising, promotional or other activities on the Growatt.tech Online Shop website.

2 Terms and conditions of use of the Growatt.tech online shop

1.Logging in to the Growatt.tech Online Shop takes place by entering the e-mail address and password given during the registration of the Customer’s account in the login form, as well as accepting the Growatt.tech Online Shop Rules.

  1. A customer who has registered (created an account) with the Growatt.tech Online Shop may use all available functionalities of the Growatt.tech Online Shop, including placing orders for products available in the Growatt.tech Online Shop’s product range.

3.The Growatt.tech Online Shop is entitled to block the Customer’s account if the Customer’s actions on the Growatt.tech Online Shop violate generally applicable laws, the rights of third parties (including, in particular, rights in intangible property), personal rights of third parties, rules of social coexistence or provisions of these Terms and Conditions. The Customer shall be notified of the intention to block the Customer’s account at the e-mail address currently registered at the Growatt.tech Online Shop.

  1. PVGroup.pl is entitled to remove from the Growatt.tech Online Store materials that contain unlawful content, infringe the rights of third parties, personal rights, rules of social coexistence or the provisions of these Terms and Conditions. The Customer shall be notified of the intention to remove materials posted by the Customer at the e-mail address currently registered in the Growatt.tech Online Store.
  2. The Customer is obliged to keep the login and password to his/her account on the Growatt.tech Online Shop confidential, as they are used to verify the identity of the registered Customer on the Growatt.tech Online Shop.

3 Product information

  1. Information about the products and assortment is available in the Growatt.tech Online Shop 

2.The prices of the products indicated on the Growatt.tech online shop website:

  1. a) are exclusive of VAT and are quoted in euros;
  2. b) do not include delivery costs. Delivery costs depend on the delivery method chosen by the Customer and on the value and size of the order. Delivery costs are stated when the Customer chooses the delivery method for the product. The total cost of the order (i.e. the price of the products together with the costs of delivery and the costs of additional services, if any, provided by PVGroup.pl and selected by the customer) is indicated in the shopping cart before the customer places the order. 

4 Terms and conditions of order processing

The customer may place orders for products available in the Growatt.tech online shop’s assortment only as a registered customer (after logging in to the customer account).

To place an order, please:

  1. a) select the product you wish to order and click on the “Add to basket” button (or equivalent), and if you wish to purchase several products, repeat this step for each of the selected products;
  2. b) after completing the product selection process, go to the “Basket” and then:

– select the method of delivery of the product and, if the selected method of delivery requires it, the type of shipment;

– enter the details of the recipient of the order and the address to which the product is to be delivered. It is also necessary to provide a telephone number for contacting the courier;

– all additional information, e.g. the company’s VAT number for invoicing, a different collection address than the ordering party or the selected colours of the available products must be entered in the “notes to the order” window

– click the “Order and pay” button or the equivalent;

If you choose to have the goods dispatched, payment must be made in advance by bank transfer. In the case of personal collection, payment in cash or by card upon receipt of the products is permitted.

4.The object of the order can be delivered to the customer – depending on his choice and the size of the products ordered:

-to the address specified by the Customer in the order – by courier service, if the Customer has chosen this method of delivery and the size and weight of the goods allow for it;

-to the address specified by the Customer in the order – by forwarding company, when the size and weight of the goods do not allow for shipment by courier company.

5.If the Customer orders at least 2 products in one order, the order may be divided by the Growatt.tech Online Shop into at least 2 (two) parts (hereinafter referred to as “Parcels”).

  1. In the event that the ordered product is out of stock or the customer’s order cannot be fulfilled for other reasons, including if it is not possible to purchase the ordered product from Growatt.tech suppliers in the time provided for the fulfilment of the order, the Growatt.tech online shop will inform the customer of the situation by sending a message to the e-mail address indicated by the customer.

7.When placing an order and choosing delivery by a Courier or Shipping Company, the Customer should provide the exact address to which the order is to be delivered. If the Customer provides an incorrect or inaccurate address, this may delay or prevent delivery of the order.

  1. In the event that a particular item is not in stock, it is possible to purchase by special order of the Customer upon advance payment.
  2. The online shop is for information purposes only and does not constitute a commercial offer within the meaning of Article 66 §1 of the Civil Code in force in the territory of the Republic of Poland,

5 Forms of payment and commencement of performance

The customer has the option to collect the ordered products, after prior payment on account and appointment with the seller, at the personal collection point, i.e. ul. Azotowa 21, 41-503 Chorzów, Poland.

Payment for the order must be made prior to collection of the item (payment in advance) -by transfer. It is also possible to pay on delivery by card or cash, as long as the amount of goods does not exceed the cash limits under the Anti-Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing Act.

6 Issuing and delivering invoices

The company issues VAT invoices. If the buyer wishes to receive an invoice, he is obliged to provide the invoice details together with the VAT number in the order (please provide such information in the notes to the order). Invoices are sent electronically when the goods are dispatched. By accepting these terms and conditions, the buyer agrees to receive invoices in electronic form.

7 Lead times

Shipments are dispatched within 3 working days on average and within a maximum of 7 working days. We do not ship immediately after an order is placed. The goods displayed and available in the shop are physically in our stock. However, there are exceptions when goods available in the shop are not in stock. In this case, the order will be given the status ‘temporarily out of stock’, of which the customer will also be informed by e-mail or telephone. Usually out of stock items are replenished within 5 days, but not always. In this case, please contact our Customer Service to decide how to proceed with the order (cancellation of the order, dispatch of the stock available or wait until the complete order is available and then dispatch it altogether).

8 Terms and conditions of warranty claims

  1. The Growatt.tech online shop is responsible for the delivery of a defect-free product. If, after delivery, the sold product is found to have a physical defect, it will be repaired or replaced with another defect-free good. In order to make a warranty claim, the advertised goods should be sent to our Warehouse (address: ul. Azotowa 21, 41-503 Chorzów, Poland) together with the claim form and a copy of the proof of purchase (invoice).

  1. To send back the goods, contact the Complaints Department. The cost of returning the goods is covered by the Growatt.tech online shop.
  2. The Growatt.tech online shop shall respond within 14 (fourteen) days of receiving the complaint.

4.The Growatt.tech online shop is not liable for damages resulting from the use of the consumables used. In the event of a complaint, it is liable for damages only up to the cost of the material sold.

  1. Consumables such as batteries and cables which have been cut to the customer’s special requirements are not subject to complaints.
  2. The consumer may make use of out-of-court complaint and redress procedures. Wishing to make use of the possibility of amicable resolution of disputes concerning online purchases, the Consumer may submit his/her complaint e.g. via the EU online ODR platform, available at: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/

9 Warranty claims conditions

  1. Products available from the Growatt.tech Online Shop are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. We recommend reading the Warranty Card to determine the length of the warranty period for particular devices.  In order to make a warranty claim, the advertised goods should be sent to our Warehouse (address: ul. Azotowa 21, 41-503 Chorzów, Poland) together with the claim form and a copy of the proof of purchase (invoice).

10 Conditions for the exchange of goods

  1. The customer has the right to exchange the goods within 14 days of receipt of delivery.
  2. To exchange goods, contact the Claims Department. The Claims Department will determine the availability of the goods, the price difference between the returned product and the purchased product, the method of refund or surcharge and how to return and deliver the new product.

3.The Growatt.tech online shop shall respond within 14 (fourteen) days of receiving a request to exchange goods.

Consumables such as batteries and cables that have been cut to the customer’s special requirements cannot be returned.

11 Conditions for withdrawal

The customer (consumer) has the right to withdraw from the contract without stating a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. The goods must not bear traces of use. The shop will refund the cost of the purchased goods. The shop does not refund the cost of returning the goods to the shop. A copy of the proof of purchase and the Withdrawal Form or declaration of withdrawal must be included in the parcel with the return. The right to return without stating a reason does not apply when the goods are purchased by a legal person. 

12 Cost of returning the goods

The cost of returning the goods in the event of withdrawal or exchange depends on the size of the consignment, the type of goods to be sent and the place from which the goods will be returned to the Warehouse (ul. Azotowa 21, 41-503 Chorzów, Poland) and is entirely borne by the buyer.

13 Personal data

The Growatt.tech online shop complies with the Code of Good Practice referred to in Article 2(5) of the Act of 23 August 2007 on counteracting unfair market practices in force in the Republic of Poland.

14 Personal data

Information regarding the personal data processed by the Growatt.tech online shop, including in particular the purposes of processing and the rights of data subjects, is set out in the Growatt.tech Privacy Policy

The Customer declares that the personal data provided by him/her is that of the Customer and that the data is true and up-to-date. If the Customer provides the data of other persons (e.g. as recipients of an order), the Customer declares and ensures that it has the basis for providing such data (e.g. such person has given the relevant consent), that it has informed such person about the provision of their data by the Growatt.tech Online Shop and about the principles of processing of personal data by the Company specified in the Privacy Policy.

15 Final provisions

The solutions sold by the Growatt.tech online shop are mostly designed for self-assembly. These are electrical devices, so the customer must have a basic knowledge of electricity and apply basic safety measures. Devices up to 50V are safe for humans and the danger of electrocution does not exist, but there is always the danger of a short circuit and the resulting fire, for example. If a 230 V appliance is to be installed, it must be installed by a qualified electrician. If the customer does the installation himself, he does so at his own risk. We recommend an inspection by an authorised person after such installation.

The server administrator maintains full confidentiality of all data provided by customers, in particular personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act. The registered customer has the full right to access and modify his/her data, including its deletion.

The seller and the administrator make every effort to ensure that this website is constantly available and contains accurate information. However, this system is used in an “as-is” condition and therefore the seller and the administrator apologise for possible mistakes in the information provided and for possible errors in the functioning of the shop. The photos published in the shop represent the actual goods or similar/compatible goods and are for illustrative purposes ONLY. In the case of offering replacement materials, pictures of original products may be published for easy identification by the customer, but in the content of the product description it is stated whether we are dealing with an original product or a replacement – a substitute product. Always read the product description.

The law in force in the Republic of Poland takes precedence over these terms and conditions. In view of the avalanche of forbidden clauses in the regulations of online shops published by UOKiK, we would like to inform you that if these regulations violate current and future clauses in any point, please declare this point invalid.

All elements of this website, including product descriptions and images are protected by copyright and use without the owner’s permission is illegal. Protected characters and names used in the description of items are used only to identify the product or its substitute.

Growatt.tech online shop reserves the right to change the terms and conditions for important technical, legal and/or organisational reasons, such as change of legal regulations, emergence of new technologies and IT systems forcing a change in the operating principles of Growatt.tech online shop, final court judgement, administrative decision, force majeure. Amendments to the Rules do not infringe the Customers’ acquired rights, which means, in particular, that orders placed by the Customers prior to the effective date of the amendments to the Rules are processed in accordance with the previous provisions of the Rules.
