Registration and ordering process.

The Growatt.tech website is dedicated to customers from the European territory. This is due to the parameters of the products being adapted to the European market. If you are looking for solutions for another part of the world of this or that manufacturer – you need to find a local distributor.

In order to find out the prices of particular products, you need to create an account by providing all the data required in the form and register.

Important! If you plan to make a purchase as a company – remember to add the NIP number valid for cross-border transactions.

Each new account is additionally verified by the Customer Service Department. Once your account has been verified – you will be notified by email via an automatic welcome message.

If you are in the business of installing or reselling photovoltaic products – it is possible to receive a discount. To do so, please contact us by email or telephone.

To make a purchase, familiarise yourself with our products and their availability. Select the product(s) you are interested in and add it to your basket. You can edit your basket, e.g. by adding larger quantities of the products you are interested in.

If you have a discount – the corresponding percentage or amount will be deducted from your order summary.

Check that your invoice and delivery details match. If yes, confirm your order. You will receive an order summary to the e-mail address you provided when creating your account. You will also receive information on which account number and description to make a bank transfer to. Please note that we will start packing and shipping your order once we have received your payment.

Further steps remain with us. We will prepare your order, pack it securely and send it to the address you have provided. 

The shipment will be delivered by DPD courier – if the order does not exceed the weight of 30 kg, or by Raben carrier on a half-pallet or europallet – if it is heavier than 30 kg. 

You will receive an e-mail invoice and you will find it in your account.
