Phenomenon: Plant shows online in ShinePhone, but graphs display no production, export, or consumption data despite inverter operating.
Technical Causes:
- Data upload interval delay (up to 15 minutes normal).
- Temporary server synchronization issue.
- Datalogger communication interruption with inverter RS485/CAN port.
- Incorrect plant configuration or firmware mismatch.
Diagnostic Procedure:
- Wait 15-30 minutes after inverter startup.
- Check datalogger LED status (should be solid blue).
- Verify inverter shows normal operation on local display.
- Access local monitoring page (if available) to confirm data locally.
Resolution:
- Force data upload: Restart datalogger or inverter.
- Re-add datalogger in app if synchronization lost.
- Update inverter/datalogger firmware via official tools if outdated.
- Contact support if data visible locally but not in app.
WARNING: Maintenance and repair of PV systems, high-voltage DC, and AC components must only be performed by certified professionals with valid electrical qualifications (e.g., SEP/G1 in Poland, or local European equivalents). Unauthorized opening of the inverter housing will void the warranty and carries a risk of electric shock or fire.
In case of persistent hardware failure, the only authorized path for repair is contacting the official Growatt Service Department.
