- Download latest firmware from official Growatt portal (requires distributor/installer account).
Resolution:
- Prepare USB stick formatted FAT32; place firmware file in root directory.
- Power off inverter completely (DC and AC disconnect).
- Insert USB into inverter port.
- Power on inverter while holding specific buttons (refer to model-specific manual) or use ShineTool/Update menu.
- Follow on-screen prompts; do not interrupt process.
- Verify new version after restart.
- Alternative: Use ShinePhone app or ShineServer for remote update if supported.
