Phenomenon: OLED screen remains blank, frozen, or buttons do not respond despite inverter operating (LEDs active, power production possible).
Technical Causes:
- Display ribbon cable loose or damaged.
- Temporary software glitch.
- Display hardware failure.
Diagnostic Procedure:
- Power cycle inverter fully (disconnect DC/AC, wait 10 minutes).
- Observe if display initializes during startup sequence.
- Check for visible damage or condensation on screen.
Resolution:
- Restart may resolve temporary issues.
- If blank but inverter functions, monitoring via app remains available.
- Persistent failure requires display module replacement.
WARNING: Maintenance and repair of PV systems, high-voltage DC, and AC components must only be performed by certified professionals with valid electrical qualifications (e.g., SEP/G1 in Poland, or local European equivalents). Unauthorized opening of the inverter housing will void the warranty and carries a risk of electric shock or fire.
